Coffamily Cares Rewards Program – Terms of Service

Program: Coffamily Cares Rewards Program (“Program”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Coffamily Cares Rewards Program, you (“Creator”, “participant”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Participation is voluntary.

2. Program Overview

The Program is designed to reward eligible creators for their activity, engagement, and contributions within Coffamily Agency’s TikTok live ecosystem. Rewards may include, but are not limited to:

  • Points

  • Digital badges

  • Discount codes

  • Merchandise

  • Agency perks or recognition

Rewards are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time.

3. Eligibility

To participate, creators must:

  1. Be an active member of Coffamily Agency.

  2. Be a TikTok Live creator in good standing.

  3. Comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

  4. Follow all Coffamily Agency rules, policies, and communication standards.

Coffamily Agency reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at its sole discretion.

4. Earning Points

Creators may earn points through activities such as:

  • Streaming on TikTok Live

  • Participating in Coffamily Agency events

  • Completing tasks or missions

  • Submitting required forms, check-ins, or proof of participation

Points do not hold monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Coffamily Agency may modify point values, earning criteria, or tracking methods at any time without notice.

5. Rewards and Redemption

Rewards are subject to availability, non-transferable, and may require identity or account verification.

Coffamily Agency does not guarantee that any creator will receive rewards, regardless of points earned or participation level.

Reward distribution is subject to:

  • Creator compliance

  • Verification of activities

  • Program budget

  • Agency discretion

Coffamily Agency may decline, delay, or cancel reward fulfillment at any time.

6. No Guarantees

Participation in the Program does not guarantee:

  • Payments, gifts, or merchandise

  • TikTok growth, exposure, or performance

  • Brand deals or monetization

  • Agency ranking or placement

  • Any specific reward or outcome

All rewards are considered incentives, not entitlements.

7. Program Changes and Termination

Coffamily Agency reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to:

  • Change Program rules

  • Adjust point systems

  • Modify or discontinue rewards

  • Suspend or terminate the Program entirely

Changes may occur with or without notice.

8. Conduct Requirements

Creators must maintain professional, respectful, and safe behavior at all times. This includes:

  • No harassment, discrimination, or bullying

  • No misuse of the Coffamily Agency name

  • No fraudulent activity

  • No manipulation of points or metrics

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Program, loss of points, or removal from Coffamily Agency.

9. Data and Privacy

By participating, you consent to Coffamily Agency collecting and using information necessary to operate the Program, such as:

  • Stream activity

  • Engagement data

  • Submitted screenshots or forms

  • Communication records

Data is used solely for Program and Agency management and will not be sold.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Coffamily Agency is not liable for:

  • Lost, missing, or delayed rewards

  • Changes to TikTok policies

  • Creator account issues

  • Internet, technical, or platform failures

  • Any damages arising from participation

Participation is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state or country in which Coffamily Agency is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
