  • TikTok username and profile information

  • Contact information provided voluntarily (email, Discord username, etc.)

  • Agency-related communication records

b. Activity Data

  • TikTok Live activity such as hours streamed, engagement, participation in events, battles, or missions

  • Screenshots, forms, or proof of participation submitted by the creator

  • Program-related point totals and reward redemptions

c. Technical or System Data

  • Basic analytics such as timestamps, submission logs, or participation tracking

  • Device or connection information in cases where needed to troubleshoot issues

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial data, government IDs, health information, or biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Information

Coffamily Agency uses collected information for purposes including:

  • Verifying eligibility and participation in the Program

  • Tracking points, rewards, and engagement

  • Processing reward requests or shipments

  • Maintaining accurate Program records

  • Contacting you regarding Program updates or issues

  • Improving the Program and internal Agency operations

We do not share creator information with TikTok except through normal platform interactions you choose to make publicly.

Coffamily Agency takes reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

  • Limited access only to authorized staff

  • Secure storage systems and password-protected tools

  • Regular internal reviews of data handling practices

While we strive to protect all data, no online system can guarantee 100% security. Participation in the Program is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • Resolving disputes or verifying past participation

Creators may request deletion of certain information (see Section 8).
